The Third Project Fair and Competition of Bilkent University Faculty of Business Administration was held on June 6, 2024 at Mithat Coruh Auditorium. The event provided a platform for 104 senior students, formed nineteen teams, to display their research and solutions to real-world business challenges, which they developed in collaboration with eighteen different companies.
The event began with a poster presentation session, where all teams presented their projects to a diverse audience, including faculty members, industry professionals, and fellow students. During this session, attendees had the opportunity to engage with the teams, gaining insights into their research and methodologies. The competition to win the best poster award was intense, with all teams demonstrating impressive analytical skills and creativity.
Following the poster session, the event progressed to the highlight of the day: the finalist presentations. Out of the nineteen teams, eight were chosen as finalists to compete for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awards. These teams had the opportunity to present their projects in detail to a jury panel comprising esteemed academic and industry experts.
The competition was fierce, with each team showcasing their deep understanding of the business problems they addressed and the effectiveness of their proposed solutions. The jury had the difficult task of selecting the winners by evaluating presentations on various criteria, including innovation, feasibility, and potential impact.
The event concluded with the announcement of the following best poster and the top three projects:

The success of this event was made possible through the dedicated efforts of Dr. Ceren Aydoğmuş, Assistant Prof. Yasemin Limon and Dr. Gözde Esen as course instructors who coordinated everything with remarkable efficiency. Additionally, heartfelt thanks were extended to the academic advisors who supported the students throughout their Capstone Projects. Furthermore, gratitude was expressed to the sponsor firms for their invaluable collaboration, providing students with the opportunity to work on real-world business challenges and gain practical experience.

MAN 495 – Project Fair and Competition January 2024
Within the context of the Business Capstone Project course that is taught by Ceren Aydoğmuş and Rasim Serdar Kurdoğlu the Project Fair and Competition of FBA was held on January 9 2024 at C Block Amphi with the participation of the student project groups, collaborated firms, academics, and the University administration. Furthermore, a distinguished group of Bilkent Music and Performing Arts Faculty students performed a marvelous concert for the guests.
The best group determined by the jury votes is listed as follows:
